Sophie Johnson is a Director at Morar HPI with over ten years’ experience working with clients in the food and drink sector. She leads a wide range of bespoke research and strategy projects for pub companies, restaurant retailers and drinks brands such as Peroni, Hendrick’s Gin and Jack Daniel’s.
Studies range from evaluating the impact of experiential marketing to food menu testing and exploring bartender advocacy for premium spirits. She has also given insight into consumer behaviour across the globe from Milwaukee to Moscow.
