Matthew specialises in the measurement and understanding of new brand and behaviour adoption, from micro margin to mainstream majority. Happiest in the on-trade world of bars, pubs and restaurants, Matt is an eagle-eyed analyst of the behaviour of drinkers and diners. He’s worked for most of the major brewers, distillers and soft drinks brand owners, a host of retailers, and in every major continent. The Cobblers and great shoes are close to his heart and soul.
