Freedom from Torture

Freedom From Torture started life in a hut in the backyard of Amnesty International’s London offices and in 1985 was officially granted charitable status. Since then it has offered survivors of torture from all over the world counselling, legal advice, medical help and creative platforms to help them find their voices again and begin to rebuild their lives.
